Tori Held is the Founder and Principal of Beyond Sun Agency.
She has over twenty-five years of experience in public relations, corporate and strategic communications, crisis and emergency communications, employee communications, publishing, marketing, advertising, branding and management.
Before launching Beyond Sun Agency, Tori previously directed projects, programs, and teams as an employee of or consultant to some of the largest utility companies in the U.S. She also supported contracts for stakeholder engagement, community outreach and events for NASA Marshall Space Flight Center and Michoud Assembly Facility.
Tori's broad experience within utilities and engineering firms has provided a strong platform to lead her to where she is today. She is versed in the needs of public relations and public input with large-scale, multi-year, multi-million corporate initiatives and high-risk projects. As a consultant Tori has generated revenues upwards of ten million dollars in public input and engagement initiatives.
Tori Held is a thought leader, motivational speaker, panel moderator, and entrepreneur. She has moderated panels for the Florida's Women in Energy Leadership Forum. She is a mentor for and member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA). She is an active participant of the PRSA Speakers Bureau. Additionally, she is a member of the International Association of Public Participation and the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure.
